“There is an element of Haitian carnival that has made its way into political speech: a lamayòt is a mysterious box whose contents are known only to its owner, and which others can see only after they have paid some kind of price. In politics, lamayòt can refer to, among other things, trickery, a sleight of hand, and broken promises.” – Edwidge Danticat, Haitian award-winning author

Lamayòt is the word that came to mind when I learned about a peculiar aspect of the Jovenel Moise assassination trial currently happening in Miami, Florida, USA. It is still unexplained why “four defendant names remain hidden in the newly unsealed federal indictment“.
Three years ago, U.S. authorities issued a gag order during the trial of Colombian mercenary Antonio Palacios Palacios. The Miami Herald commented this strange situation as follows: “the question of who masterminded the attack remains one for Haiti to solve. Initially, FBI agents wanted to investigate who masterminded the assassination, but federal prosecutors nixed the idea, wanting a more focused probe. Now a gag order by a Miami federal judge prevents defense attorneys from sharing evidence with any third parties including Haitian authorities, stymieing efforts by Voltaire, the fifth investigative judge in Haiti assigned to the inquiry, to get to the bottom of the slaying”.
Few keen observers expect transparent justice from either US or Haitian proceedings. Who are the four individuals deemed “too fragile” to be profiled in the US Government indictment? What is being protected, for who’s benefit?

Could one of the four hidden names be that of former US Ambassador Pamela White? On 12 Mar 2021, she infamously recommended that rulers of foreign-controlled Haiti “put it’s President aside and replace him by a Prime Minister”. This is exactly what happened 4 months later. However, using extreme violence, mercenaries yelling “this is a DEA operation!” who included among them long time FBI and DEA informants, stormed into the residence of Jovenel Moïse and put him aside permanently, on July 7, 2021.
Apparently, the US Government has spared no effort to distance itself from the executioners of Jovenel Moïse. Will these efforts bear the desired outcome?
Could the other 3 hidden names include then-US Embassy staff Wendy King and former Chief of Police Leon Charles who allegedly helped convicted assasin Joseph Vincent immediately after the President’s murder?
How about Michel Martelly & Ariel Henry who stand accused by the primary eye-witness, Martine Moise, surviving widow of the murdered President? How about local white warlords linked to Martelly’s PHTK crime syndicate, his druglord brother-in-law Charles Kiko Koka Saint-Rémy?
PHTK warlord Michel Martelly has established his entire family in Miami (aka Duvalierville), Florida. As for FBI informants who killed JoMo, the US indictment has gone to great lenghts to cover up their US agency links
Obviously, the list of potential culprits who are too powerful (or too closely linked to the Government of the USA?) to be named by prosecutors is much longer than four. Remember this: top white warlord, Haiti’s zionist tzar Gilbert Bigio, is a current neighbour of Donald Trump’s daughter (latest news, Bigio died in Miami at age 91, on September 29, 2026)

When at least 3 of the same Columbian & Venezuelan mercenaries convicted in the assassination of Jovenel Moïse (Germain Rivera Garcia, Arcangel Pretel Ortiz, Antonio Intriago) were also involved in the botched 2020 assassination attempt against leftist Bolivian President Luis Arce, it makes sense that FBI and CIA keep their budget items well documented, including propaganda in mainstream media masquerading as “news”.
So, we are to believe that FBI & DEA informants & agents (Intriago, Vincent, Badio, Solages, Jaar…?) were busy planning and executing the assassination of Haitian President Jovenel Moïse without the consent of their hierarchy and, of course, with no officially approved US government funding?
